Roles and Responsibility:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decision-making.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Identify trends, insights, and performance gaps by applying statistical techniques.
Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows for efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytics outputs.
Document analytical processes and present findings to stakeholders clearly.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools preferred.

Roles and Responsibility:
Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and automation use cases.
Work with Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and other ML frameworks.
Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract patterns and intelligence.
Deploy ML models into production using MLOps best practices.
Collaborate with data engineers to integrate models with data pipelines.
Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Research emerging AI technologies to drive innovative solutions.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with deep learning, NLP, or model deployment is an added advantage.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical roles.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical and communication skills.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and expectations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → interviewing → selection → onboarding.
Build candidate pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely updates for all open positions.
Foster relationships with candidates and clients for long-term hiring growth.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment preferred.

Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals.
Maintain sales pipeline, track progress, and meet monthly targets.

Collaborate with internal technical teams for smooth project execution.
Stay updated on analytics, AI, and industry trends.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
Experience in IT/Data/AI services sales is an added advantage.
